Xero and Clevis

Connect

A workspace administrator or a member with Manage integrations permission can connect Xero from Workspace settings, Integrations. Sign in to Clevis, choose Xero, complete authorization, and select the organisation Clevis should use.

You authorize access on the provider's own sign-in page. Clevis uses the requested provider permissions only to provide the connected features.

What Clevis reads

Clevis agents can read invoices, contacts, accounts, and purchase orders for the Xero organisation selected during connection. Clevis does not write to Xero.

Connected records are used to answer authorized requests in Clevis. Clevis does not use vendor data to train or fine-tune its models, and its configured model requests disable provider data collection.

Disconnect

Open Clevis Workspace settings, Integrations, and disconnect the connection. Clevis marks that connection disconnected and stops using it. You can also revoke Clevis in your Xero account settings. If you revoke access there first, sign in to Clevis and disconnect the matching workspace or personal connection to update its status in Clevis.
